Process flow: crushing-drying-grinding

The customer is a local brick factory.
This set of grinding equipment is equipped with a silo, belt conveyor, KL145Raymond grinding mill, cyclone collector, and pulse dust collector.

Clay processing machine.First, the clay material is sent to the crushing equipment, and then sent to the dryer for drying via a belt conveyor; the dried material is sent to the storage hopper, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding evenly and quantitatively via a feeder; the ground material is classified by the grading system, and the unqualified powder is returned to the main machine for re-grinding after being classified by the classifier; the powder that meets the fineness is separated and collected in the dust collector through the air flow through the pipeline, and the collected finished powder is discharged through the discharge port; the entire grinding system is in a negative pressure circulation state, equipped with a pulse dust removal device, environmentally friendly and dust-free。
