Applicable Material

The KLM series ultrafine vertical grinding mill can be widely used in the chemical, metallurgical, non-metallic mineral, new energy negative electrode materials, papermaking, nanomaterials, battery positive electrode materials, PVC additives and other industries. It is mainly used to grind calcite, limestone, marble, calcium carbonate, talc, artificial granite, barite, dolomite, mica, kaolin, bentonite, pyrophyllite, graphite, petroleum coke and other minerals with a Mohs hardness of less than 7 and a water content of less than 6%. It can achieve large-scale ultrafine grinding processing. Its fineness adjustment range is wide, and the finished product fineness can be adjusted arbitrarily between 2-45um, which can meet the needs of high-end powder production and adapt to the development needs of the ultrafine powder market.

Working Principle
The raw material is broken into 10mm and then sent to the silo. The spiral conveying scale below sends the material evenly into the main grinding machine and drops to the bottom of the mill by the feed funnel. With the rapid rotation of the mill plate, the materials are rapidly dispersed around the mill plate under the action of centrifugal force. The wind blowing in from the bottom is brought to the position of the top analytical machine, and the impeller of the analytical machine rotates rapidly. Materials qualified for fineness can pass through the analytical machine, while those unqualified will fall back to the bottom between the grinding disc and the grinding roller for grinding. The fineness of finished products can be controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the analytical machine impeller. The finished material is sent to the classifier through the top pipe for sorting. The coarser finished material is directly discharged by the classifier, and the finer finished product is directly collected and discharged by the pulse dust collector through the air duct.
