Marble is a high-purity, high-whiteness calcium carbonate mineral widely used in building materials, artificial stone, coatings, plastics, rubber, papermaking, feed, toothpaste, cosmetics, and more. Large amounts of marble scraps and waste generated during stone processing can be ground into high-quality ground calcium carbonate (GCC) powder, turning “waste into treasure.” Marble-derived calcium carbonate powder features high whiteness (typically ≥90%), high purity, and low impurities, making it an ideal filler for plastic masterbatches, high-grade coatings, paper coating, and other applications.

Product Features

Working Principle

The working principle of the Marble Powder Making Machine (Raymond Mill) is based on centrifugal rolling and air classification. The system consists of main unit, classifier, pulse baghouse filter, fan, and electrical control cabinet:

1. Feeding
Marble raw material (≤30mm) is lifted by a bucket elevator into a material silo and then uniformly fed into the grinding chamber by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder.

2. Grinding
When the main unit operates, the grinding rollers press tightly against the grinding ring under centrifugal force. Material scooped by shovel blades is thrown between rollers and ring, where it is crushed and ground into fine powder.

3. Classification
The ground powder is carried by airflow into the air classifier. By adjusting the speed of the classifying rotor, the final fineness is precisely controlled (e.g., 200 mesh, 325 mesh). Qualified fine powder passes through the classifier to the collection system; coarse powder falls back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, forming a closed circuit.

4. Collection & Dust Removal
Qualified fine powder enters the pulse baghouse filter and is collected by filter bags. The finished product is discharged by a discharge valve and conveyed to the finished product silo. Purified exhaust gas is discharged at compliant levels, ensuring a clean working environment.

5. System Features
